Dear colleagues, our first sensory analysis workshop at UNICAMP brought together the world's most renowned and experienced experts in Sensory Science, Consumer Insights, Innovation and Marketing. The event was held at UNICAMP, and the lecturers from abroad made their presentations in real time via video conference that was projected on-site for the participants.

The Faculty of Food Engineering (FEA) is one of the units of the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP).
It was the first Food Engineering teaching and research unit to start working in Latin America, and was initially, in 1966, named Food Technology College (FTA), installed at the Food Technology Institute (ITAL) and later, in 1972, transferred to the University City "Zeferino Vaz". Idealized and founded by André Tosello.
